Even CEO doesnt care of customer complains

UPDATE: letsbuy stole my money and now they are not even refunding on time...I asked them to refund me in 1-2 days so that transaction doesn’t appear in my credit card statement and they told me that they require 21 days to refund my money....such a customer enemy shopping website letsbuy is...


UPDATE: NO resolution is provided so far...what kind of service you guys provide... truly hopeless...i will make sure non of my friend do shopping form your online fraud shopping website which you guys have just created to fool public...I’m sure you will be out of business soon if you dint change your operating model..


Hi Forum, I have ordered[LSB-751613] Blackberry Playbook from letsbuy when the product is in sale. They have accepted the order and charged my credit card as well. When I didn’t received my order I tried calling these losers thousand times.


Customer care never picked up any calls and they put some bullshit music instead on STD. I tried 5-6 times and end up waiting for 20-25 min and finally I hang up..even the customer care number is not toll free.


Finally I got a call from them saying that they are sorry and can not delivery my order. this is worst online website. You guys now get ready for a case in customer court.


My order is a limited time sale from blackberry and I missed just due to Letsbuy. Now this tablet is out of stock everywhr. I am a freq user of flipkart and they are best.


I did biggest mistake of my life by ordering from Letsbuy. Anyways I will make letsbuy pay for the Wosrt/Unprofessional/Unreliable service.


Even if they return my full money but I have missed this blackberry sale.
