Did not get status of my consignment

DEAR FRIENDS, Letsbuy.com is hope less. My order number is LSB - 750852 which was ordered on 28th Dec.-2011 and till today they did not dispatch my order. They posted a tracking number for Aramex on 30th mentioning shipment date as 30th Dec @ 13:39 PM.


When I called on 2nd Jan they said it will reach today it tomorrow. On 3rd they asked me to contact Aramex as package is with them. I spoke to Aramex and they said this number is not correct and package was mever sent to them for delivery.


I called again help desk of letsbuy and their supervisor and help desk executive not ready to tell where package is. They said managers will not take my call and explain me why is delay.


They asked for 4 hours time to give me status where my product is, but nobody called so far. I am not very hopeful and not at all happy with their response.


Today afternoon the status on their website for my order was "Dispatched" but later changed to "In-process". I am not sure if they sent my package since 28th Dec 2011.


Very BAD response and service.
