Letsbuy Review: Never buy any product from Letsbuy

Another cheating incident from letsbuy


Order # LSB-320813


Order Status is: In Process


Shipping status is still "Status update awaited from the delivery service".


This is the second case with me. I think this is clear sign of cheating from letsbuy. They never update shipping status on their website. It may be because they never ship. Out of 100 orders they will ship only 20-30 orders. Rest of the Orders tehy never ship. If you colplaint then they ship.


My another  Order # LSB-309082 Where I got the message on 20th Aug, 2011, saying it was shipping. Till now I had not got the product. After many complaints Now they say that it was shipping using speed post on Aug 20th, I dont know why they had mailed me it was shipped on 20th.


So guys its 50-50 chance that you will get the product from Letsbuy.com. they will cheat you guys dont buy from letsbuy.com, If you have time, luck and money(for phone calls to letsbuy customer care) to follow up then you can buy products from letsbuy.com. So staty away from Letsbuy.
