ITEM NOT RECIEVED

I have ordered a DELL XCD35 MOBILE on 27th Oct 2011. Order No.LSB-545508.Since day 1 the site is showing "Status update awaited from the deliveryservice".Already it is 5TH day, has not been shipped till date.Its showing as ’ready to ship’. I’ve been seeing this for many days.What’s going on?I’ve already paid for the item..Now there is no Money and No Mobile..Somebody RESPOND! FROM MY CURRENT EXPERIENCE I SAY LETSBUY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.


PLEASE LETSBUY RESPOND!!


UPDATE: I’VE CANCELLED THE ORDER AND GOT IMMEDIATE REFUND..THANKS TO LETSBUY.
