Suffering after ordering

This is last mail I am writing you after all my sufferings and pains from Oct. 13, 2011 till now.

I have made a formal complaint of the matter in consumer forum under no.331823 dated 03.11.2011 and am writing to higher authorities in writing with consultation of my Advocate.

I have given enough time and freedom to deliver upto standards you promise. But this has added only pain, sufferings and telephone bills.
