ordered sony ericsson xperia mini pro 14, 399 on 22nd oct. payment thru netbanking. 24th they gave track id of blue dart. blue dart website says its invalid (because its not received)

As the tracking id is given they are saying order is disptched and now its not their responsibility now. I contacted blue dart head office, they said these online websites are big customer of blue dart so they have installed machine in letsbuy warehouse only, which generates track id there only. ANd when it is received by blue dart its updated on their website.

So whenever I call letsbuy they say its dispatched and nothing else can they do. only two contacts email and cust care. both are pathetic on service...

Repenting to have ordered.. Flipkart is way better.
