Never buy through letsbuy.com

I have ordered Samsung LED TV on 18th October. Order-LSB-502943. I have not yet received the product and letsbuy support is not giving any proper date of delivery.


Product delivered to Bangalore on 25th Oct through Safexpress courier. But still not delivered to my address.


I tried to call all the contact numbers given on the safexpress.com site. Nothing is working. I tried to go to Safexpress office in Domlur, Safeexpress branch itself not there at that address.


All the contact info given on the Safexpress.com is false.


I don’t know even with the worst service by safexpress courier, why letsbuy.com sending orders through safexpress.


I really don’t know when I wll be getting the product. I usually buy products through flipkart.com which offers very good and fast service. This is the first time I placed order in letbuy.com, I am verymuch disappointed with letsbuy.com service.


I will never  never deal with letsbuy.com again.


Update:


Finally after many calls to CC, I got the product.


I strongly don’t recommend Letsbuy.com.


Really had horrible experience with letsbuy.com


I called almost 20 times, every time I waited for minimum 15mins on call. Lot of time waste. Every time same response, they don’t know about order shipment, same answer "wait for 48hrs".


If you don’t want to loose your peace of mind, don’t deal with letsbuy.


BTW, thanks to mouthshut.com for providing a platform to write our problems. Thank you very much guys.
