Do not buy from Lets buy

I ordered a Sony laptop(LSB-487037) from Lets buy.com on 14th of October and yet I am waiting for the delivery of the same. On repeatedly calling and mailing the customer care I only get an answer " Sir we  apologize for the delay, we have launched the complaint and it will take another 24 to 48 hours to process your request ".


I will advise you dear all PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM LETSBUY due to very very poor quality of service and support from them.


Also the courier company Aramex website don’t provide any updates regarding the shipment after 31st of oct.
