Got a defective Product (Samsung Galaxy, headset)

Hi,


I orderd a Samsung Galaxy with an offer. I got it without delay but got a defective piece. The touch screen does’t work at all and I can ony see a white screen/no sound, and the blue tooth hand set even does’t work at all


I don know how both these devices don work? Does they have any list of damaged products?
