Double Changed Even After 8 Days No Update

I had ordered a laptop of 31, 000 I was trying to order another config first of 30, 500 the ebs gateway is rubbish and it failed the transaction.


I then ordered the 31, 000 laptop and completed the payment when I received the credit card bill I got both the changes invoice on the website is showing unpaid when I call them they said they haven’t got the payment.


And when I contacted the bank they said the payment has been cleared and deposited into the merchant accounts.
