I ordered a Samsung galaxy R on 27th December 2011 and the order number is 749354. I received the product on time (thanks for that).
However, the phone is defective and does not get charged. I verified that the charger is fine and works with other mobile phones.
I tried calling customer care but no one picks up and there has been no response to my emails either. I would request letsbuy team to look into this and try not to leave a bad experience for me.
