Ordered a Nokia C1-02 from Letsbuy.(Order ID - LSB-772361)


I fail to understand that if ‘Letsbuy’ did not have the product in stock; why they let me purchase the product. According to their website, the delivery time of this product is 2-3 working days. It’s been 7 days and I don’t see the order even dispatched.


In the past, I have purchased items from eBay and Yebhi; which have never delayed any order and have exceptional customer service. The only reason why I visited Letsbuy.com website was that they had what I wanted(Nokia C1-02 Black). But it looks like ‘Letsbuy’ is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.


Called customer care spoke to Monali, Narender, Priyanka. and many more but No one had a clue when they can deliver my product. Many Commitments were made but all were broken.


Finally, when I did not get a response from Letsbuy.com I decided to cancel the order. You have pathetic customer service; As soon as I told the customer service representative that I want to cancel my order he did not even try to convince me or feel apologetic. He just cancelled it. I’m still waiting for my money to be reverted to my Credit Card. I wish they do it.
