Letsbuy- A con Company

I ordered one Bremed BD 3200 Multi Function Bottle Warmer from letsbuy on 4th of Jan. I stay in Delhi, and they are located in Gurgaon. The delivery time mentioned was 4-6 days. There was an option of COD, but I trusted them and paid in advance to get things done faster. Due to my earlier good experience on sites like ebay, flipkart, firstcry and many others, I trusted letsbuy with my money.


1.Few days after I placed my order, I got a mail from them stating that it is now out of stock. Question. How do you keep inventory of your items? I should not be allowed to order a out of stock item.


2.After several followups, they told me that they are going to upgrade my order to something else of same type with 200 bucks more. I said ok. Let’s see.


3.No progress from there side. I called/mailed again. They told me to be patient as they have have given me something free of cost.


4.I waited. Lost my patience and told them keep it with you. I will followup legally.

  1. Today, After 33 days I have got a mail stating that my order has been cancelled. That was without my confirmation. I got a response when I called up "I am sorry sir, but this has been authorized by our senior". But who cares now.

They have accumulated some interest in last one month on my money. And there must be lot of people like me. TO me, that seems to be their strategy. NOt quality, NOt service but conning people is there core value.


I will never recommend people to buy from letsbuy. This review will be worth if I could save even one person from having bad experience there.

Get more confident call taking agents who can say more than "I am sorry sir, but this has been authorised by our senior"
