Another customer let down!

I am yet another customer who was letdown in the past month or so by Letsbuy.com and its customer service, who initially claimed that not only the lens I had ordered was in stock, but also in their shipping center and would be dispatched with 24-48 hours.


Of course this wasn’t the case and couple of days later they told me that they didn’t have the lens in stock and will be cancelling my order and it will take anywhere from 7-21 days for me to get my money back!


Almost 24 hours have passed now, no confirmation yet on whether or not the order has been cancelled, let alone information about refund request being processed and their website is still showing my order “In Process”!


Guess I should have read the reviews here, before going ahead and ordering with them!
