UPDATE:
I FINALLY GOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE BROKEN LAPTOP THAT I HAD RECEIVED. It was delivered on 11\10\2011.
The packing was much better then previously
The notebook box was SEALED with a SAMSUNG sticker. Previously received box was unsealed.

I recently ordered a SAMSUNG Laptop(LSB 415768) from this site. The money was debited to their account at the time of purchase. After a week the notebook landed at my place and whats the first thing I see on opening the pack - A BROKEN LED SCREEN.
I called up the customer service and after what seemed like eternity someone appeared on the other side. I told her about the situation. Her responses were inadequate, and incomplete.
On asking her whats the procedure for replacement all she said was - our rep will get in touch with you in 48 hrs.
when I asked for a complaint number she said your order number is your complaint number. I find this a little quaint. Does letsbuy expect every order to be a complaint?
Later I checked out the website and my account and found no mention of the complaint
After all this I opened the remaining stuff in the box. As promised they had sent a 3G modem along but inexplicably found no trace of the promised pen drive. Also the invoice mentioned the thumb drive.
The packing is horrendous. Looks as if someone just decided to throw in some bubble wrap and Styrofoam sheets and lots of duct tape! Guys if you seriously want people to trust your ability to deliver goods to their homes safely(especially when they have paid beforehand) then please get some professional help with packing.
Your retail invoice misspells the amount. Nothing important but just goes to show that you do not have established and tested systems.
I appreciate that India now offers us the convenience of internet shopping, but you have to understand that paying you 20000 for a product which I havent touched, felt or experienced in any other way besides seeing a picture of it, is difficult. My experience with your website definitely will make me think twice before reusing your services or recommending them to others. And please get people who are trained to speak on the phone and improve your website, nothing reflects in the account summary.
And I hope someone from your side will take the pains of attending to my order and get me a WORKING laptop. How difficult can then be when you have my money for the past 10 days?
