Order still not shipped

Issue: Order not shipped Order number LSB-435593==*


Hi,


I placed an order with you guys for Asus Laptop and somehow I made an error in the order instead of placing an order for a laptop worth Rs. 18525(after discount) Model: Asus X52F-EX1408D Notebook, I placed an order for ASUS X52 Series Laptop X52F-EX1258D(Black) worth Rs. 23256(after discount). I called your customer service and informed them the complete scenario and they helped me in exchanging the order i.e. sending me the  Asus X52F-EX1408D Notebook instead of ASUS X52 Series Laptop X52F-EX1258D(Black) and refund my Rs. 4731(balance) to my credit card.


The CS mentioned that the payment is confirmed and the order is processed, however the order is still not shipped. I was told that either it will be shipped by October 1, 2011 evening or by October 3, 2011 and when I called the Customer Support today they mentioned that we don’t know when it will be shipped we will keep you posted.


I bought this laptop considering if I get a prompt service I would like to order few more for my business, however telling false information and selling a product is a big gap.


Why did your Sales guy mentioned that it would be shipped the same day itself? Now, if it is all packed and ready to be shipped, why it has not been shipped from past 3 days and today is the 4th day(still not shipped).


I am not making any decision call about your services right now, however you need to understand that this is India and people are not so open about online shopping, you guys need to prove us wrong and offer the best services. Nowadays, the class which can afford to buy your products doesn’t mind paying few extra bucks to get a better service and if you don’t provide service, sustaining is a task. At least I don’t mind paying few extra bucks for a wonderful service.


I would really appreciate a prompt response from you on this and I need my laptop to be shipped as promised.

October 5, 2011:  Wrote an email to the CEO(Hitesh) of the company:


Got a reply pretty quick that someone from the team will get in touch with me. I am still waiting for someone to touch base with me and solve the issue.


I appreciate the efforts of CEO to reply me back so soon, but the story remains the same until and unless the issue is not solved to satisfaction.


October 5, 2011: Got a call from Customer Care guy name Pawan and he mentioned that he will get back to me with details of the order in a short while. Well, thanks for the call and I hope to hear from you again.


October 5, 2011; Thanks for acting fast post my review on mouthshut.com. Pawan called again and mentioned that the product will be shipped out today by 5ish. Pawan assured that it will be shipped for sure, I look forward to see that happening.


October 7, 2011: Product shipped on October 5, 2011 itself as promised by Pawan and he mentioned that I would get it today. It’s with DTDC people and they mentioned would deliver it by today evening.


I hope I get the product in right shape with goodies and stuff. Final reviews pending.
