Not dispatch of Order LSB-444365 even after 11 day

My Order No. LSB-444365  the order placed by me is for Glen GL 3070 Induction Cooktop for Rs.1796/-. On 04 Oct 2011.


Dear Sir/Madam


With  reference to my Order No. LSB-444365 == the order placed by me is for  Glen GL 3070 Induction Cooktop for Rs.1796/-. Payment was done from my SBI Netbanking account. My  bank transaction ID is IG70206151. Within minutes the money Rs.1796/-== was  deducted from my account as I got the msg on my mobile from the bank.
                                                                        After  ordering I called the customtakeouter care & they told me the order is  confirmed and I would get the product in 6-8 working days as mentioned  on the web page. Then after a week I called them again and told me I  would get it in next 1-2 working days
                      After that I called  many times customtakeouter care but they kept telling me lame stories and other  lies. Till date they had not dispatched my product.
                                                        I bought this Cooktop to gift to my beloved on his anniversery. But due to not dispatch of my order I am deeply mentally tensioned & unsatisfied with LETSBUY services. Plz do the needful as soon as possible & oblized.
