The main objective of ordering this phone is that my current phone Samsung C3212 emits so much radiation(SAR of 1.19) which has caused me so much ear pain & other mental tensions. So I searched the market for low radiation phone and decided to buy Samsung C3752(SAR of 0.5).
But Letsbuy delivered me the product without phone in it. The courier contained only charger, ewar phones & user manual in it. The courier pack including the wrappers, tapes, box, charger & earphones was weighing 0.322 kg.(Marked on the courier). This was my first disappointment.
I was chasing them for atleast 3 days now, spoke to the customer care for atleast 5-6hours on my current mobile phone(STD Calls) which has caused serious problems to my ears.
They just keep promising me everytime that they have/will resend the new pack
I have more information on the e-mail below which exactly I sent to them after being humiliated by them.

Hello,
One of the WORST customer service I have seen in my life time. WORST is the only word that would fit for Letsbuy.
1) Poor Customer Care
2) I was not able to talk to any senior management.
3) I have spent more than 300 minutes of STD call without getting my problem resolved causing more troubles to my ears.
4) No one keeps the promises(i have totally lost faith, you guys never keep your promises)
5) Worst Process flow & quality.
6) Slow Process/ No Escalation process for issues
The only mistake that I made in my life time ever is even using https://letsbuy.com Courier weight of 0.322 Kg clearly states the quality of the service that you offer.
I received this product on 19th evening and was following up since then without anything resolved. So this was the first cheat.
One of the lady told me yesterday(20 Sep) that they have dispatched the product yesterday and promised me to send the updated courier details in half hour. This is second cheat.
You guys then asked for invoice copy and I scanned it and sent through after which you asked me the pictures of it again which I have sent you this morning.
Again this morning(21 Sep), I tried and she said 30 minutes for another update but nothing was updated to me. This is third cheat.
Today morning I was told by Kamal Preet that they would dispatch the product before 06:00 PM today.
This is fourth cheat.
An lady called me up around 05:00PM and told me that the product is out of stock which is complete cheat. I checked this product on letsbuy and it never mentioned out of stock. She asked me to choose another product or wait for 2 more days.
I told her that I need to talk to senior management and she replied that she will call me back in 15 minutes. No reply as usual.
I was fed up and then called the customer care myself with no response from anyone. Even the security guy speaks in hindi alone or just hangs up, he didn’t even picked my call.
"The main objective of buying this phone is that my current mobile phone has got huge amount of radiation and it has caused me lot of ear problems & mental tensions. So I have picked an phone after 2 weeks of serious analysis C3752(with SAR rating of 0.5) to avoid radiation problem. But you have added more pain to me just by making me call you guys over and over and over.
I have lost so much of valuable time talking to you
I have lost so much of money from my mobile
I have lost complete faith in you
I have lost my left ear completly.
All I request you guys is to treat some one like me a HUMAN. I know that this mail is not going to do any good to me. But I never mind as you have already frustrated me to the peak.
I would say LETSBUY is WORST buy

Hopeless people, they are. They never know what Faith is! Money doesn’t matter to be now, but the amount of humiliation & heart breaking these guys have done to me are really disgusting.
I would not even recomment any one to book/even take a look at this website.
Updates on 22nd Sep(noon):
I was surprised to see an call from Letsbuy today morning on the above post. They said they would call me back after looking into the issue by 01:00 PM. They gave me couple of missed calls at 01:30PM nothing more.Same SH*T story with these guys.
I again called customer care aroun 02:15, spoke for 15 minutes and they yet again promised me that they will deliver today. They also agreed to arrange an call with most busy ’’Kamal Preet’’ in one hour based on my request. This would be my X th cheat, I believe.
My only question is that they mentioned that the product was Out of stock yesterday even when Letsbuy.com mentioned that the stock is available. Today they started same story of re-shipping today. Are they getting products from china makes?

After all those struggle, I finally received my mobile, few days ago. Unbelievably, people from letsbuy wanted me to update this status on mouthshut. So, I intentionally delayed this update. ITs payback time, afterall!
