I have place an order for HTC Desire 500. Since my purchase I was patient and kept waiting for their revert. They never respond to your query on email and to get to a customer service agent you have to wait at least 30mins on call.
With over a week of follow up finally they told me my order is declined that was really pissing off. They gave me a cheap watch that we can easily get it for 100-150 in mumbai market. My Rs.1000 processing fee is gone to their pocket.
I feel this company doesn’t earn by selling mobiles, but they earn by selling cheap watches for rs.1000 in return of the processing fee. Really pissed off! I am searching for ways to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum court also for the same.
