Levi’s is a popular brand founded by Levi Strauss.
Levi’s industry came into being in order to work on clothing and jeans i.e denim jeans. But you wouldn’t have ever listened that levi’s is famous in its footwear production. In reality levi’s production is only clothing and jeans type of stuff.
One of my friend bought a pair of footwear of levi’s I went also with him. He said that he likes the levi’s products like levi’s sweater, jeans blah blah. I nodded as an agreement undoubtedly. Then he thought by himself that if levi’s is good in every of its stuff then it would also be good in footwear production as well. I said it’s like this but he had to buy the same brand of footwear. Well then we bought a pair in a black color with a white light shades at the edges and on the upper mesh as well. That shoe was costly like$25.00 but finally we had bought and left the place.
After a longer period of time I met him once again and similarly the discussion was going on regarding several brands. But when I inquired about levi’s shoes then he said you were damn right I had to buy footwear in puma, nike or adidas brands but I wanted to know that how levi’s footwear was but when I tested and I used to jog on track. But even on such a smooth track I wasn’t feeling comfortable and my feet started to get swollen and weary. I asked then one more question about the durability he just said not more than three months cause the sole had detached, strings had come out and it seemed like the production industry didn’t even give attention towards sewing department. Well that was my experience along with my friend which I shared with all of you in order to stop buying levi’s footwear only.
If we talk about levi’s customer service and courtesy of the staffs then no doubt they take care of their customers whole heartedly and I observed that. I went to one of one of Levi’s shop and the two people were on round helping out the cutomers in choosing the best selection. Cause I was looking for Levi’s jeans but I couldn’t find the black one. I asked for the help from the customer care. A young boy came and asked in a polite way that what you are looking for? I picked up a jeans and said I need this one in black color. He said We are extremely sorry for that cause the black color has been sold out. I was a bit sad cause I wanted the same color I asked for then I talked to the manager and asked that how long will it take for you to order such jeans from the production department in black color. He said I am extremely sorry for that I understand your concern cause the blackish one suits perfect on people. But currently we are out of stock and we can’t say anything. He also said then he would coordinate with the department head then would let me know. I provided my details well that is something else that I haven’t received any call till yet but the staff was so cooperative and talked politely. They take care of their customer feelings and understand their concerns.
At last I would like to say one thing if you want to take care of your customers and want to understand his selection and concerns then put yourself in the reader’s shoe means coordinate with your customer in a way as you are the customer and you are buying something. That’s what Levi’s made me feel like.
Bear in mind that Levis is good for clothing and denim jeans but nothing in footwear production as I have already shared my experience.
