Last year, I got my house painting done through berger paints. They did no quality work for my exterior painting. Paint started peeling within one month, when I complaint they told wal surface is smooth so its peeling in these areas, now slowing its going off in rough areas also. I paid Rs. 14000/- for 30x40 site exterior painting. They didnt even did the whitewash before doing the repainting, now many areas old painting is visible.
I suggest never call for berger home painting contract, they are not professional. It will never match with proper estimate. no professional clothing. Also they didnt even had ladder to do the painting asking me to arrange for it. I saw on few days they didnt had people so they requested local painters who were working new house in my layout guys to work. I dont know what kind of job quality they will do. Still I am coming out of this shock. These guys are spoiling the berger name. I know their paint quality is good but their contractors are not at all good.
