We bought L G 1.5 Ton 5 star ac last year.first it was cooling good.but from back 4 months it is not cooling.we contacted LG customer service but they are not responding properly.last 4 months we are contacting them but they are telling we will come in tommarow dayafter tommarow in this week .but last 4 month they not even wisited us or contacted us.we fed up with this.bad customer service and bad AC .
