Installed after 6days of delivery . Didn’t even bothered to fice free service till we kept on remindi them after 10months. 2 free services are available. Will take another one within a month . But ac is good. No sound . Cooling effect is ok. Didn’t get any gidts from LG though it was Diwali time. Product looks good. Performance is ok.
