LG after sale service

I have bought new LG LED TV on 13/5/13 at Navi mumbai. I got to know that like other TV brands LG also have service :)..where they come and wall mount my TV in a week or so.I was not at home after 2 days but I scheduled the meeting on 21/5 ..no one came, I called the service center guys and they told me..it will be done tomorrow 22/5.


Next day I got a call from service tech service guy it is impossible for him to come there tomorrow 23/5..now when no one came on 23rd I called them again through the shop from where I bought it.. still the answer was tomorrow on Friday 24/5.


On Friday this tech guy called and told that all the shops selling the accessory for wall mount are closed on that day and he will come tomorrow Saturday..On Saturday I kept on calling but he didn’t pick again. I called this service center number and got the date from Sunday..Also called the shop keeper to check with the installation service guy...


Don’t know when this happen but just to make everyone aware that it is a long journey from buying the LG Television to actually getting it set on wall.... :(
