Ordered a LG 245 TM model refrigerator first time. I got a faulty peace i.e. the base was not proper so it does not stand properly on floor. I did not make full payment, so I got a new peace. I made full payment then. The second peace functioned well for 15 days. After 15 days it has some gas leackage i.e. not getting cool. I reported problem to customer care service, and it’s got repaired and started working. After a week, again it’s not getting cool. I reported and keep on calling them but my efforts were in vain. I just showed to a local engineer, said the gas circuit has the problem. I waited around 2 weeks, vexed by making calls to ’LG’, decided to go for some other brand. Now it is up to you, to go for this model/brand refrigerator. I am always available to give proper information/evidence.
