This TV looks gorgeous. The bezels are a hair over 1cm thick and nice silver color. The built is quite appreciable for the price, and the dual feet dont wobble the display as much as the single stand ones do. Its proudly made in India. Every person who has seen commented that it must be expensive, on the range of 30k.
Coming to the display, I didnt know what I expected, but its fine for everyday use. My parents only watch s* TV shows so it gets the job done beautifully. Now if you want to enjoy Hollywood movies on this thing, the experience is less-than-ideal. Contrast ratio is a big issue(despite being an IPS panel), as is the loss of brightness with viewing angles over 120 degrees. The sound is mediocre(although loud enough) and can crack at high volumes. The other big problem is that its got a HD display which is really low-res and you might want to settle for a full HD panel for lots of movie marathons. For other purposes, the display will do.
For its price, the commendable things are the two HDMI ports(most TVs at this range come with one), two 10W RMS speakers, IPS panel and sophisticated looks. The negatives are pretty much non-existant just because the asking price is so low. LG wins this round.
