I have purchased the LG 32LH518a Model TV from amazon india. as i have already have another LG tv purchased last year from flipkart. for that they have provided the installation, demo and wall mounted stand free of cost. but now what i have purchased from amazon when i have called customer care and provided the invoice details etc for my purchased tv and asking for installation, demo and wall mounted stand they are saying it is chargeable because i have purchased it from online. if i have purchased from local dealer or showroom then it will be free of cost.
When i have asked the customer care person to tell me where it has written in their website about this policy he has denied saying it is not there on website and also he said it not mentioned in website that it is free also.
It means what ever we purchased LG items then demo, installation etc is not free of cost. he said their policy is like that only, if the person purchase from online then demo etc will be chargable cost.
Guy don’t by any lg items their policies etc are getting changed as and when they are required and unnecessary it is being troubled to customers.
