LG Service and Polices are Worst.
Guys dont buy any LG items from Online, as LG customer service has denied installation, demo and wall mounted stand etc not free if we purchased it from online, and if the same we purchased it from local showroom then it will be free. they said its their policy.
Actually what happened, last year I have purchased LG tv from flipkart then they have given all these things free. and today again I have purchased one more tv from amazon india. and called the customer care number for demo, installation and wall mounted stand. they said it is cost you as you have purchased it online. if the same you have purchased it from local dealer or showroom then I will be free.
Then I have asked him whether I have purchased it from local dealer or online but I have purchased your product that too new not an old one. he said what ever it is but you have purchased it online due to that it is not free. as it is there policy.
Then I have asked him can you please provide me the link on your web site where you policies has been mentioned then he denied saying even it is not written on our web site that is it free.
Please please dont buy any LG items. their policies are changing as and when they required due to that customers are facing lot of problem and they are paying huge amount which they dont have to .
