I got this television almost four months ago. Everything was fine until a few days ago when the screen started flickering. Well! Considering the fact that I have just got this television that shouldnt even happen, but anyways it happened. Moving on, television under warranty, I called up customer service, they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Spoke to a lady that could bearly talk hindi, English or marathi, spoke to the manager, gave an appointment for the next day, said that the technician would be there. The technician never shows up, I called them again. Same story with the hold once again, finally the technician arrives after 72 hours. Not expected from sony.
