Here is a negative review on LG television:
I was really disappointed with my LG 55" OLED TV. The picture quality was great, but I had a lot of problems with the TV itself. The first problem I had was that the TV would randomly turn off. This happened about 5 times a day, and it was really annoying. I called LG customer service, and they said that they could troubleshoot the problem remotely. They did some stuff on their end, and the problem went away for a while. But then it started happening again.
The next problem I had was with the TVs smart features. The TV would constantly buffer when I was streaming video. I have a very high-speed internet connection, so I know that the problem wasnt with my internet. I tried resetting the TV and updating the software, but the problem persisted.
Finally, I had a problem with the TVs remote control. The remote would lose its connection to the TV randomly. I had to keep replacing the batteries, but that didnt seem to help.
Im really disappointed with my LG TV. I thought it would be a great TV, but Ive had nothing but problems with it. I would not recommend this TV to anyone.
Here are some other common problems with LG TVs:
Burn-in: OLED TVs are more prone to burn-in than LED TVs. This is because OLED TVs use organic light-emitting diodes, which can degrade over time. If you leave a static image on your OLED TV for a long period of time, it can cause the image to burn into the screen.
Panel defects: Some LG TVs have been known to have panel defects, such as dead pixels or stuck pixels. These defects can be unsightly and can affect the picture quality.
Poor customer service: LG has a reputation for having poor customer service. Some customers have reported having to wait weeks or even months to get their TVs repaired.
If youre considering buying an LG TV, I would be sure to do your research first. There are a lot of great TVs on the market, and you dont want to end up with one that has problems.
