The video loading time is pretty descent, though the loading time of a MP3 file is a bit significant.

Good:
1. Great IPS display with pitch black. Completely match to Sony Bravia engine with better viewing angle with extra toughness.
2. Audio is quite good for a Tv with 20w, DOLBY Digital. watch a HD channel. You will know it.
3.USB support is most varsatile including Mkv and RMVB(Real media format).
4. Movie playing/PC desktop over HDMI is superb.
5. Design is minimal and elegant.

The Bad:
Average display over USB.
NO Installation kit.(I bought from Amazon for 450 and mounted on wall without any hussle). LG might cost you for another 1200+ bucks.
