I had purchased a LG led tv on 30th august’14 and within less than two years I am seeing white patches on the screen and upon calling the service center they checked the tv and said that it needs to be repaired and the cost would be approx. 8-10k which I would need to bear. I was also told that the it is a manufacturing defect and does not ahve a permanent colsution. I feel this is not justified as I got a defective tv which conked off within less than two years
LG customer care just refused to acknowledge my complaint and does not even want to hear from me. They have denied upfront to take any action on it.
Beware of buying any LG products as it sells sub standard and low quality goods in India.
