Firstly the packing had good protection with multiple layers of paper cartons and thermocol sheets.
The box had the TV, desktop stands & screws, power cord, remote control & battery, installation guide and user manual.
Nice big screen 4K smart TV. Thanks to Amazon and TCL.
The TV plays almost all common video formats from USB. I have tested mkv, mp4 and avi files.
The picture quality for 4K is very good, good for 1080p and okay for Standard Definition. I am perfectly happy with the connectivity options offered in the TV.
Really worth for given money.
Response of service centre was also appreciable. Using for last one month, till date no issue.
