I have bought this machine two years back, machine started vibrating and shaking just after one year, just after warranty period is over. First on lodging complaint, LG did not even responded for weeks, after escalating somehow service engineer arrived, told that our loading is more, when demonstrated vibration with minimum loading, he tells gasket has become hard, we have LG wahing machine last time and it worked for 10 years without any trouble, and now this model does not even worked for two years and showing pathetic quality issues. LG says, if we don’t want vibration go for 8/10 kg, My last machine was 5.5 kg and no problem for 10 years, this model is hardly 2 years and have serious quality issues. Moreover on opening we found body parts badly corroded, so pathetic LG quality of product, feel cheated. I vouched not to buy any LG in future.
