Not necessarily.lG is a reputed name in the market. Not only for its range of products but also for its innovation techniques. Although it is known for many good reasons, still LG may have not satisfied its consumers as most of the consumers are not happy with LG. Talking about Refrigerators, LG has expensive side by side, a helping hand for busy people-bottom freezer, a masterpiece for family-double door and for starters single door refrigerators.
They also provide EverCool technique which not just save your energy consumed but also work without electricity. Anyway, LG tried to innovate their products but may have failed in doing so. Products are not just found mechanically damaged, but also don’t last longer. The plastic body is not so flexible and breaks easily. Though rooms inside refrigerators are big enough, they don’t work as they should. Some may leak air and sometimes door won’t close.
Many problems appear easily in 2 or 3 months relating to almost everything. You really don’t want that. LG have wide range of refrigerators and they in some way provide new features than other comparative products but those new features may not keep you mind from getting itched. Parts break easily. Icemaker and thermostat problems are common. Still if you think about something like service than beware, the replacement and service policies are way down than its fame. Replacement guys don’t really bother to come early. You can complaint all you want. You may not get response from them even after 2 weeks of complaint. And when they come, they could not help you the way you expect. Replacement/servicing could take ages. So many of these things happen at LG and obviously a customer doesn’t want that. Buying LG Refrigerators wasn’t been any good and that why I really don’t suggest anyone to buy a refrigerator from LG. You may wind up getting tired and unsatisfied in all kinds of ways possible.
