LG Repair service fraud

I called LG customer care since my fridge needed repair and registered a complaint - RNA150921031572 . Next day a person came to my house and checked my fridge.


He said there is gas leak and it needs to get gas refill. He said tomorrow a person will come and do the gas filling. Next day a person came in morning and did the gas refill and gave me a receipt.


Later I get a call from this service center saying that the person who filled up the gas is not from that service center which had to refill the gas and thats why I will not get any warranty or support service for which I already paid and got a receipt from that person. Infact my service was cancelled.


I want that my issue should be investigated and my complaint should be reverted with correct status. I just followed the procedure and cannot suffer because of negligence or fraud from LG’s end. This is a serious matter of my personal information and trust being violated by LG customer care and repair service provider.


Now one has to think many times before calling LG customer care since they or their repair provider will leak your information to third party vendors and then you are shrewd.
