I purchased this washing machine 1 year back. One fine day the drum started making lot of noise. registered a complaint and now its 2 months the machine is not yet repaired. When I call the service engineers they also do not bother to pick up the fone.
Wen I call customer care they will always say within 24 hrs your problem will be resolved. and now it 2 months. I also purchased an extended warranty and service for this machine by paying 7000 but for no use.Be very careful in choosing this product or I would say any LG product. Once they sell the product they will not bother for the complaints.I’m surprised how this company is surviving?
