Recently purchased this washing machine in exchange of my top load one. I was bit worried about the noise as the old days front load washing machines were noisy. The showroom people delayed the delivery by 2 days. But the company person who had to come for installation was prompt. The first experience with washing has been good. It is not noisy and in fact doesn’t make noise.
The are multiple wash options for different type of clothes. The model I took comes with a touch screen and 1000rpm. Customer service of LG is good. I had called them once for old machine and they promptly came and serviced the machine. They also give tips or suggestions for better use when they visit. The experience has been good so far.
