LG G2 is no doubt an awesome phone that everyone knows. I am here to review about flipkart and seller. I received LG G2 32GB black on Apr 22nd and found the product to be a refurbished and defective one. The display is just pasted to the body of the phone using some adhesive. The edges of the phone is left with some residues.The display seems to come out in 3 or 4 days of usage. When I switched on the phone, the touch was not working properly. I have to tap more than thrice to select something in the screen. The scroll was even worst, I kept on scrolling 7 to 8 times to go down or up. The same evening I asked for return, the service is very poor and they take 2 days to call back from technical team. I explained the defect to the technical team. I wonder are they from technical team or counseling team. They are not understanding what the issue is instead kept on telling’We understand your problem, sorry for the problem caused, we assure you that we will give a good product as a replacement’. I want a refund for a genuine reason.I don’t believe them anymore. This time it is a defect which I can identify, what if the replacement product has defect which I can’t recognize and start creating problems after couple of months. Again I have to run behind these guys. I raised a request for refund again and I have to wait for 2 more days to get the call from them.This is really worst. Flipkart lost his standards. Buyers please don’t buy anything from Flipkart, please go from some trustable and good customer service site.
