I purchased LG refrigerator 2 years back from Radio Vision, Hospital Road, Jahanabad. The fridge stopped working the very next day and when I enquired about this, I got to know that the product delivered to me was a defective piece.
The refrigerator never become function after that and company was not ready to pay back my money or provide a new refrigerator. At last I filled a complaint in consumer court and won it last year on 3rd December 2012. Despite of court order, dealer or the company is not ready either to return the money or give a new refrigerator.
