Hi guys I purchase a LG GL- Q292SGSR Double Door Refrigerator less than 2 years ago and I get not any problem form buying day but before 1 week the ice maker went out. I called the service man and he came out and said it was the board and not covered. After that 2 days later the board was in and the ice maker didnt work right now. than everything is quit so I called again the service man and he said the compressor was gone but the parts were covered not labor. He came next day with the parts with a another man and the two men working whole day but it still didnt working but I have to charged them. The repair man said it may have been a bad board and ordered another one. It came but he ordered the wrong one. at last It was installed and the repair man said me to sale the refrigerator to another as I do. The BFD just cant get anyone to show some responsibility. Lg service is do joke with me on my problem so I spoke to were rude and told me too bad there nothing I can do? Anyone want to start a lawsuit?
So guys that is my problem and LG service give me that type of satisfaction so think one or more time to buy that type of product.
