Post Sale Service is very poor - Dont go for it

I am really pissed of with LG care.I bought this refridgerator 2 yrs back and there was a problem with the timer circuit. Followed up with LG Care to repair it  for almost 1.5 months and response was very poor. Not a single engineer at the service center was able to provide us a actual reason for failure. Everytime the person use to come up with the new part and replaces it.


Now I am facing other issue. Vegetable box for my refridgerator has broken and I have ordered the same. Its almost 1 month, there is very bad response from LG. Every other person commit some deadline for providing the vegetable box, which they never follow. Escalation happened at all the levels but all in vain. I would not recommend any product from LG to anyone as post sale support is very bad for this  company. I am thinking of going to the consumer court and get a compensation for the metal stress to me.
