Good and Bad service for KG300

I purchased the LG KG300 mobile phone on 3rd Jan 2007. Phone was not supporting the Java. So installed a new software. The LG care people told me that they installed the new motherboard cause while installing the software the motherboard dead. When I check the phone, I found some phone entry and some messages in the phone which was not mine. Then I realised that they replace my original motherboard with the repaired one. Then I again replaced my motherboard in front of me. That time I was having the Hutch card. Then Hutch is taken by vodafone. And since then new problems started. My phone started reebooting when I dialed any number or when anyone calls me. I again informed the LG care, they replace the motherboard again. Even though the problem was there. So they installed the new software, but the problem was still there. Then they again replaced the motherboard just 2 days before warranty expiration date and told me that Vodafone engineer and LG engineer are working on it and when they will come out with the solution they will call me. By that time 6 months passed but they never called me.

I myself rushed to LG care and told about what they said 6 months ago. They installed the new software saying that now the problem will not come. But from that day the problem was still there. Then I again visit LG care. That time they told me that motherboard is faulty and I need to replace it and it will be charged as warranty is expired. Then I started shouting on them and told them to call Manager. I want to talk to him only. When he come, I shoed him all the service records and told him that there is a problem since first day. Then he agree with me and replaced the motherboard free of cost. That motherboard works fine for few days. But after that when I connect the motherboard to USB port, sometime screen becomes blank. That means motherboard is still faulty or their software,

I informed them about it but now they are saying u have to pay for motherboard. Are they correct or I am who is rushing to LG care frequently.
