I wanted to write a review about TMC Hyderabad, an electronics store. But mouthshut wont show it up. So I chose LG, as I bought an LG A/C from them. After having bought an LG 1.5T window 3* A/C from TMC (kukatpally), no one has showed up or even called me for 9 days. The A/C is lying around, hogging precious space in my apartment.
I made a very bad mistake purchasing A/C from TMC. Their service is the worst. I guess this is because of the high sales volume they enjoy because of which they have stopped caring about the customers. to them its just another of 1000s of A/Cs they sold.
But from a consumer perspective, the experience has been totally disappointing and upsetting.
