Last year. I purchased the LG 1.5t Split unit....got it installed.there was a new excitement about LG, My other rooms a/c are OGeneral, which I am extremely extremely satisfied with, but still I thought lets give LG a chance as its cheaper compared to an Ogeneral split.
But I never knew I would eventually end up paying the same price in terms of suffering.Till one month it worked as if there was no tommorow..and then the cooling was Zero.i called the service station guy.he visited my place. got I checked, he said there was a gas leak, now after just a month of installation , god only know where the gas leak happened.ok No probs!.....he asked for the invoice....and due to renovation at my place....i misplaced the invoice somewhere and that is still costing me......he said it is not possible without the bill copy....i said to get the details from the dealer or the company itself....but he totally refused to do that.....i again tried to call him but since then he is not coming ....and my LG a/c is gone down....and so is my Beleif in LG.......Lifes not that good u c
