Just want to share with you all the pathetic servie provided by LG Care. I have bought a Split AC on 31st Mar’12 from Baja Electronics. To my utter suprise in the month of May, there was a spark from the stablizer fitted by their representative and cooling too was not there.
I have tried reaching them thrice and every time they could not provide a comlaint number to me because their systems were down and assured that some one will call me in next 3 hrs.
