I have purchased one micro oven of lg product from suri lg shoppe. At that time they assured me that a training programme regarding how to use the product will be held in every month.
But I purchased the product in the month of oct, 2010 but till date I did not get or informed about a single training programme. Is it the services of lg? Why should i fraudulently assured to provide training programme by your lg dealer/distributor? Is it the services of lg? Not only that you have also widely publicised about the training progremme but it did not get it.
Your services and assurance should be taken care of it.
