After sales service takes customers for granted

I would like to relate a painful experience I had after purchasing LG Microwave oven a year back, due to a technical defect I asked the LG service center to rectify it, As I did not have any response in 2 weeks, (I tried calling them several times) I sent a mail to LG Service.I was told the matter will be looked into, Now after five weeks neither do I have any response nor do I know the reason for this indefinite delay. I am forced to move the Consumer Court.


I hope in this modern age such irresponsible companies would fade out and make way for better enterprises who care for consumers.
