I bought a LG microwave 4 month back and it started giving trouble from 3 week onward. Which I was not assume before buying.
What I can say about the LG product and about the the whole brand is that the product was of very poor quality inside.
Even if you talk about pricing they are not a reliable product. They need to change their company slogan . Only exterior style and finish is good. Which you find in any other brand. The heating is not even and cooking timings in the manual book timings are misguiding. This always happen. Even if you visit LG website, it appears very professional but once you apporach the customer service they tend to pay little attention and on repeated request even show high handed ness towards their customer. So sad with the service.so Pathetic after sales service.
Customer agents asks for money to come for customer support call even during the warranty period. they must underatand what is the main problem regarding any products.No proper mechanism to response to the emails . I think the email aaddress are either not correct or there is no response from them. By boasting off big brand name they tend to pay little attention to the customers , this increase your business in my opinion. I and some of my colleauges are victim of LG brand. This mean I am not lying in any way. Finally I had to discard the product and had to go for another brand. Which provide us a better service.
