I have been using this microwave for 2 years. It is very helpful but the problem in these teo years the heating ability kept reducing and finally is not heating(coocking) anything. I got this problem once in my warranty perion and now again when the warranty is over. Cooking was done very fast initially and slowly it started taking time and finally after some days it stopped cooking anything.
I liked it by it look and price. Thanks to LG for offering such a product at a resonable rate. But it would be great if the durability is increased. I have been using LG refrigerator for the past 3 years, I didnt have any complaint about it. So I decided to buy this LG product. To my disappointment it trouble me two time in 2 years in the time of need when my spouse is away. So I would request LG Electronics to kindly increase the quality of their products so that they last long without any complaints.
